Explanation of Thespian Points

10 work hours = 1 point

 

To Become a Thespian, Little Theatre members need:

                       30 backstage points (300 hours)

                        or

            15 backstage points (150 hours)

            15 onstage points (150 hours)

 

Who Receives Workday Hours:

YES:  Actors & Noncrew (students who come to workdays but are        not assigned to a crew)

NO:   Tech Crew, Crew Chairs, all Student Directors

 

Who Receives Show Points:

         Actors, Crew Chairs, Crew Members and Student Directors

     Points are assigned according to the "Thespian Points Chart"    

     for each of our shows

                                and

     at the discretion of each individual director.
