The attitude of excellence flourishes throughout the Belleville West Campus.  Our commitment to excellence under Renaissance has given recognition to numerous individuals including students, staff, and community members.  The purpose of the Renaissance program is to recognize and reward those students who are achieving academic excellence with tangible incentives and rewards.  This fast growing program has brought honors and recognition for Belleville West High School.

The Renaissance program at Belleville West High School began one year ago to help meet the challenge of a changing student population.  Our goal is to make each student believe he can achieve success in school and become a productive member of our society.  Renaissance involves the merging of our business community with the educational system.  Working together in a commitment to promoting academic excellence will benefit the entire community.

There are a number of incentives for achieving academic excellence through the Renaissance program.  At semester's end, once a student has qualified in any of the categories listed, he or she can apply for the rewards.  Rewards will be presented as soon as the application is verified.
