Chess Club
The purpose of the Chess Club is to allow all students to have fun playing chess in an organized setting one day per week. The top five players will become the varsity chess team and compete against other schools. All pyayers will be able to attend and compete in the optional Saturday tournaments. There are fees associated with the Saturday tournament. There is one meeting per week and Wednesday matches for the varsity chess team. There are also optional Saturday tournaments that any member can attend. The activity period is October through February. Sponsor: Tim Buchanan
