Commerce Bank – For seniors, based on positive leadership and character in academic and extra-curricular, also in community and/or religious involvement. Must have 3.0 GPA or higher. JUNIORS INTERESTED IN PHARMACY: Walgreens and St. Louis College of Pharmacy are offering a “Pharmacy Career Explorers Program” this summer. If you are interested, please see Mrs. Haas in the Counseling Office for a packet of information. The deadline for the lengthy application process to this program is March 2, 2012, so hurry in for a packet! – Mrs. Harden/Mrs. McMurray
Harris-Stowe State University is hosting a FAFSA Frenzy on Sunday, February 12th, 2012, from 2-4 p.m. in the Southwestern Bell Library, located on HSSSU’s main campus. Students and families will be able to get free, on-site, professional assistance with completing the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). Participants at these events held throughout the state will be eligible to win one of four $1,000 scholarships. If you have any questions, please contact the office at (314) 340-3500. – Mrs. Stinson

THEATRE STUDENTS: We need to build a house for this year’s contest drama, Proof, and we need your help! Become a part of the traveling technical crew for this production. Join us for the first work day this Saturday, February 4, starting at 9 a.m. in the scene shop. Please wear old clothes and shoes appropriate for building and painting. – Ms. Bielong/Mr. Lodle
